During our strategy session, we’ll review your goals and set clear priorities so you’ll know exactly what’s realistic to complete in the day. That way, there are no surprises—we focus on the most important tasks first. If there’s anything still in progress by the end of the day (which is rare but can happen), you’ll receive a full wrap-up outlining what’s done, what’s pending, and your options moving forward. Just a note: you're booking time, not guaranteed deliverables. If you’d like to finish remaining tasks, you can always book an additional session or opt for ongoing support.

The VIP Design Day is a focused, high-output session tailored to your priorities. In one day (6–8 hours), you can get a variety of design tasks completed, depending on complexity. Here's an idea of what’s possible: ✔ A suite of social media graphics ✔ A flyer or poster design + event promo tiles ✔ Web banner set or email marketing visuals ✔ Business card + simple brand collateral ✔ Presentation slides (10–15 slides) ✔ Packaging concept mockups ✔ One larger item (e.g., a brochure or multi-page guide) Before the session, we’ll schedule a quick call to align on your goals, review assets, and prioritise your to-do list so we can maximise the day. You’ll also be available for real-time feedback, making it a super efficient and collaborative experience!

We typically work with the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. We can also develop items for Canva if needed. For website tasks, we primarily work with Wix.

You won’t need to be glued to your screen—but your availability for quick check-ins and timely feedback is key to making the most of the VIP Design Day. We’ll kick off with a clear plan, so you know exactly what to expect. During the day, we will send progress updates and drafts for review at key points. Fast feedback helps us move quickly and ensures everything stays aligned with your vision. Think of it as a creative collaboration—we do the heavy lifting, and you help steer the ship when needed.

Yes! You can reschedule your VIP Design Day up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date, but keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed!

To hit the ground running on your VIP Design Day, I’ll need a few things from you at least 48 hours in advance: ✔ A clear list of the design tasks you'd like done (we can chat this through beforehand) ✔ All relevant content: text, copy, images, links, and any inspiration you love ✔ Access to your brand assets – logo files, colours, fonts, previous materials ✔ Your availability for quick feedback during the day The more prepared we are upfront, the more we can achieve—smooth, efficient, and stress-free!
